Three elements of the show

I - Indian Choral Music
Already widely appreciated for its original and inspired compositions with moving lyrics, Tharangini put up a brand new presentation genre never seen before in Hong Kong. Songs in several Indian languages and a special Cantonese number were performed. This presentation infused creative dance movements, multi-lingual presentations, poetic sub-titling and English and Cantonese, theatrics and much much more!

II - Bol-Bollywood
Palghat Cousins, with select local vocalists, presented film music. They were supported by Deven Yogi’s Bright Beaters Live Band, specially flown in from Mumbai. Integrated into this section was a new concept called ‘Classicool’ - another first in Hong Kong.

III - Baala Tharangini
The future musicians of Hong Kong. The audience got a sneak preview of what is in store in the years to come. This also consisted of the surprise element in our celebratory grand finale!
